At The Furniture Warehouse, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your furniture, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
    • Custom-made or special order items are not eligible for returns.
  2. Restocking Fee:

    • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to our location.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  5. Return Process:

  6. Refund Processing:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
